BA N2+ (JES_Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and conduct CRP sessions with end users to clarify requirements and refine UI/UX.

Analyze business requirements and create high-level design documents such as Requirement Definition (RD), Basic Design (BD), and Architecture Design.

Plan and execute system evaluation activities after implementation, including UAT support and user training.

Provide consulting and recommendations to optimize business processes and system adoption.

Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and end users throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Japanese proficiency JLPT N2 or above.

Minimum 2+ years of IT experience working directly with end users.

Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.

At least 3 years of experience creating high-level design documents (RD, BD, Architecture Design).

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Strong consulting, proposal, and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in testing, UAT, or quality assurance after implementation.

Proficient in UML, system design, and modeling tools.

Technical background of 5+ years is a strong advantage.

Experience with ERP projects or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Domain Expertise (one or more preferred)

✅ SCM / Manufacturing: 5+ years of business consulting or operations experience.

✅ Manufacturing & Logistics: 3+ years of domain experience.

✅ Accounting & Finance: 3+ years of domain experience.

✅ Building Operations / Facility Management: 3+ years of domain experience.
